I never really notice much. However, I do sleep a bit better and I find that I can keep going for longer during the day and need to lie down less often.
It's great that there's one tablet per day. I've now ordered two, feel fitter, and my nails are stronger. Nettle is also known for its good quality. Highly recommended!
I have been taking the pills every day for 1.5 weeks now, but I still notice little difference. If it doesn't help, it doesn't harm, but still... I expected more from it.
Nice vitamins, I feel better with them!

Hello, As a 43-year-old mother with a busy job and extracurricular activities, I'm looking for a good multivitamin to ensure I get enough vitamins, a bit of extra energy, fitness, and a boost for skin, nails, and hair would also be nice. Preferably all in one supplement. I'm currently considering the Ortica Strata Fem and the Solgar Woman Multiple. Which one do you think is more complete/better for my situation?

Additionally, Vitaminhealth offers a Vegan Multi specifically formulated for vegans. This contains, for example, an extra high dose of vitamin B12 (250 mcg) and plant-based vitamin D (40 mcg).

The Skin, Nails and Hair Formula is an excellent complement to a multi like Strata Fem. The formula provides a high dose of sulphur in the form of MSM. Although it also supplies zinc, copper, and vitamin C like Strata Fem, this is not an issue, and the total amounts remain well within safe limits. So, it’s a great combination.
