This is really Works Good
I never really notice much. However, I do sleep a bit better and I find that I can keep going for longer during the day and need to lie down less often.
It's great that there's one tablet per day. I've now ordered two, feel fitter, and my nails are stronger. Nettle is also known for its good quality. Highly recommended!
I have been taking the pills every day for 1.5 weeks now, but I still notice little difference. If it doesn't help, it doesn't harm, but still... I expected more from it.
Nice vitamins, I feel better with them!

Hello, As a 43-year-old mother with a busy job and extracurricular activities, I'm looking for a good multivitamin to ensure I get enough vitamins, a bit of extra energy, fitness, and a boost for skin, nails, and hair would also be nice. Preferably all in one supplement. I'm currently considering the Ortica Strata Fem and the Solgar Woman Multiple. Which one do you think is more complete/better for my situation?
On 22 august 2024 by Customer serviceBoth the Orthica Strata Fem and the Solgar Woman Multiple are excellent multivitamins, designed to meet the specific needs of women.
The Orthica Strata Fem is specifically formulated with a balanced mix of nutrients tailored to the specific needs of women, and contains a generous amount of iron to maintain a healthy iron level in the blood. This could be a good choice if you have a busy and active lifestyle.
The Solgar Woman Multiple is a broadly composed multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, specially for women up to around 45 years old. It contains a high dosage of vitamins and is rich in antioxidants.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on your personal needs and preferences. Both supplements are of high quality and can be a good addition to your diet.
On 02 september 2018 by Customer serviceNo, the Strata Fem contains vitamin D3 derived from lanolin. The brand Orthica has relatively few vegan supplements.
However, you can find many vegan products from the brands Solgar, Viridian, and Essential Organics Puur.
Additionally, Vitaminhealth offers a Vegan Multi specifically formulated for vegans. This contains, for example, an extra high dose of vitamin B12 (250 mcg) and plant-based vitamin D (40 mcg).

On 22 may 2018 by Customer serviceIn a few months, dietary supplements containing more than 24 mg of B6 per daily dosage will be prohibited. Therefore, all manufacturers are gradually adjusting their formulas.
On 21 march 2018 by Customer serviceYou would be better off combining Strata Fem with nutrients that are not already included in the multi. The Skin, Nails and Hair Formula is an excellent complement to a multi like Strata Fem. The formula provides a high dose of sulphur in the form of MSM. Although it also supplies zinc, copper, and vitamin C like Strata Fem, this is not an issue, and the total amounts remain well within safe limits. So, it’s a great combination.
