Very nice supplements, easy to take and with good values.
Very satisfied. There was a [.....] during the switch from Swiss to Multiman. But for fertility wishes, this seemed to be the best multivitamin for men. Hopefully, I will conceive soon.
Wonderful product, especially in relation to our desire for children and fertility treatments.

Which vitamins might be at a low level and should be supplemented?

On 29 may 2017 by Customer serviceIt is preferably combined with Orthica's Vitamin D-25 (especially in autumn, winter, and spring) and possibly the Fish EPA Max.
On 11 january 2017 by Customer serviceIt is also possible to break the tablet into small pieces, but ensure that the pieces are small enough and do not have sharp edges. Although this tablet is large, unlike paracetamol tablets, it has a shape that (with a bit of practice) glides smoothly down the throat. If you break the tablet in half, it loses this shape and there is a greater chance that the tablet may get stuck in the throat. So if you do break the tablet, make sure the pieces are small enough to swallow effortlessly.
Dissolving the tablet in water is not possible. However, you can soften the tablet with lukewarm water to make it easier to crush in the mortar.
A third option is to use the Gloup Slik Weg gel. This gel makes swallowing tablets much easier. This can be particularly helpful at the beginning. Over time, one becomes adept at swallowing without the gel. Our throat is actually large enough to swallow up to 5 of these tablets in one go. It’s a skill that you need to master.
