Dosages higher than 15 micrograms are not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called 'flush' (sometimes intense, but harmless), which is a sudden rush of blood to the head and limbs, accompanied by a warm, burning, and/or tingling sensation. This reaction is temporary.

Consult with a specialist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if you are taking coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin).
