1 chewable tablet once a day. Preferably take during meals.
Keep cool (but not in the refrigerator).

How big are these tablets? Are they very hard?
On 14 may 2024 by Customer serviceThese are hard tablets, but they are easy for children to chew. They are approximately 1.5 cm in size. Currently (14-05-24), they are out of stock. As an alternative, you can also consider the Vitamin C 125 mg chewable tablets from Animal Parade.
