My daughters take these vitamins with great pleasure. They use Animal Parade's Magkidz and vitamin C daily. This is combined with healthy eating, plenty of exercise, and rest.
My children love these vitamins. I'm currently giving them the multi and vitamin C from this brand. Every morning after breakfast, they have their vitamin gummies. So, this is definitely a keeper during the pandemic.
Lovely chewable tablets, the children adore them. With the familiar slightly sour lemon flavour from the past.
my little boy is very happy with the vitamin C in animal forms. we previously had problems giving him (other) medicines, but this works very well!

Vitamin C chewable tablets:

Cane sugar, fructose, sweetener (xylitol), natural flavours, anti-caking agents (fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids), silicon, colourings (annatto, curcumin), vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoid complex, acidity regulator (citric acid), beet juice.
Vitamin preparation.
Give your child 1 to 2 chewable tablets per day. Suitable for children from 3 years old who can chew well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied, balanced diet for which dietary supplements are not a substitute. Keep out of reach of young children. Can my 6-year-old son temporarily use this in addition to Animal Parade Multivitamin, Animal Parade Magnesium, and Vitamin D drops?

The children's multivitamin from Animal Parade provides 5 mcg of vitamin D3 per tablet. A 6-year-old child is allowed to take a total of 50 mcg of vitamin D daily. A good guideline is between 10 and 25 mcg per day. For example, if you were to add one drop of the Animal Parade Vitamin D Drops, the total would come to 10 mcg. If you were to give your son two chewable tablets and two drops, the total would amount to 20 mcg, which is also a safe dose.
The total amount of magnesium is also perfectly fine.

Vitamin C is water-soluble, so any 'excess' is simply excreted. Only very high dosages can temporarily cause loose stools. For a child of 3, that threshold is somewhere between 1000 and 2000 mg, for adults between 5000 and 8000 mg (varies by individual).
