I struggle with swallowing capsules/tablets. Could you tell me how large these capsules are?
On 13 december 2024 by Customer serviceThese capsules are 2.5 cm long, quite large, but due to their shape (tapered at both ends) and smooth texture, they are easier to swallow than tablets and other capsules. If you still find them difficult to swallow, you might consider a liquid Omega-3 variant such as Mollers or our Vegan Algae Oil.
Dear Sir/Madam, You say: The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. Further down in the ingredients list, I read, per capsule 200 mg DHA and 300 mg EPA. Thank you for your explanation on this.

Additionally, we provide a general recommended dosage of 1 softgel per day, but this can of course be increased to 2 softgels per day to consume more than 250 mg DHA daily.
My husband and I take the Super D3 25 and recently started with the Super Fish Oil. Additionally, we also take the C1000 and the Multi Vitamins. Now, I was wondering if it might be better to take the Super Omega D3 instead of the D3 and the fish oil?

What type of fish is specifically used for the fish oil? For instance, what about the mercury content in this fish, and the use of antibiotics? Do these fish have a certification?

The fish oil is derived from various fish species, the proportion of which may vary, such as anchovies, mackerel, sardines, and tuna, but not herring. The fish are caught in the Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean, and North Atlantic Ocean. The Super Omega D3 does not have a certification.
Can I take prenatal nutrients together with an omega d3 capsule, or would that be too much?
On 26 july 2020 by Customer serviceWe even advise taking additional vitamin D3 with Prenatal Nutrients because it only contains 5 mcg of vitamin D2. Moreover, vitamin D2 is a poorly absorbable form. The well-absorbable form is vitamin D3.
