Very tasty and healthy
A good and tasty Omega 3. My daughter finds swallowing a pill difficult, and this is a spoonful of oil with a lemon flavour that is quite nice. Not a chore to take, rather pleasant! We haven't tried the other flavours yet.

Does this product contain yeast and sucrose? And are there omega-6 fatty acids in it? Isn't the amount of omega-3 per daily dose rather high?

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) considers a daily intake of up to 5 grams of EPA and DHA combined as safe for adults. The daily dosage (5 ml) provides 1000 mg of omega-3 (EPA + DHA) and is well within the safe limits.
