Full composition:
Ashwagandha extract (KSM-66®) (milk), fillers (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose),
anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), stabiliser (magnesium salts of fatty acids).


Herbal preparation.

Take 2 capsules per day. Preferably spread over the day with a meal with sufficient water and swallow the capsule whole.

• Are hypersensitive to ashwagandha
• Are hypersensitive to plants from the nightshade family (Solanaceae)
• Use antidepressants. The simultaneous use with antidepressants may possibly lead to an enhancement of the antidepressant effect of the medications. If you use antidepressants and use or want to use ashwagandha, it is wise to inform your doctor or pharmacist. They can be alert to a possible interaction and, depending on your situation, advise stopping ashwagandha or not using it.
