An active B-complex and the safest form of B6

The Multi Day Man contains all B vitamins. We also select biologically available forms, which the body absorbs well. This means you can also use the Multi Day Man as an active B-complex!
Moreover, two forms of vitamin B6 are used in supplements, pyridoxine HCL and the biologically active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). So far, no side effects have been reported from the use of pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Research from Maastricht University even shows that neuropathy from high doses of B6 is entirely attributable to pyridoxine HCl. A form not found in any of our products.

However, many extracts of the American plant do not meet our quality standards. The active ingredients are not present in effective doses, not evenly distributed, or the leaves form the basis of the extract instead of the fruit. Some extracts even have a fatty acid content of only 25 percent! That's why we choose the most renowned saw palmetto extract worldwide, supported by no less than nineteen (!) scientific articles and with a fatty acid content of at least 85 percent!

KSM-66® uses only the roots of the ashwagandha plant for its extract, without adding leaves. Many manufacturers choose to include leaves in their extract, as they are only a fraction of the cost of the roots, about one-fifteenth. Besides the fact that Ayurveda has used the root for oral consumption for years, scientific research also shows that the health-promoting effects are mainly attributable to the root. The roots simply have a much higher content of active substances than the leaves.

Vitamin B2 can cause a (completely harmless) yellow discolouration of urine.

Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called 'flush' (sometimes intense, but harmless), which is a sudden rush of blood to the head and limbs, accompanied by a warm, burning, and/or tingling sensation. This reaction is temporary.

Prolonged daily use of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in the limbs.
