Both daughters find them easy to swallow. They don't stick, come in a compact jar for 60 pieces, and most importantly, they seem to benefit greatly from them.
My daughter can swallow them easily and likes them. Very pleased.
For the growing teenager, this is a very nice one. They don't always eat well, just like the advice that it could be a bit better. And that in a time when a lot is expected from them, school, sports, friends, friends, friends. Magnesium, calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of strong bones and normal muscle function.
Multi Vital Forte Teen Active delivers vitamins and minerals in a natural, biologically well-absorbable form. The vitamin B-complex is therefore supplemented with choline, PABA and inositol. Vitamin E is accompanied by natural mixed tocopherols. Finally, vitamin C is accompanied by a bioflavonoid complex.
Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid are in the active form. This form ensures good bioavailability. This means that these vitamins are well absorbed by the body. The organically bound minerals in this multi are also well absorbed.
The content of vitamin B6 is kept relatively low due to possible accumulation. For the same reason, the active P5P form of B6 is used. Vitamin A is in the form of natural beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A only as needed. This makes overdosing impossible.

Generally safe
Most of the ingredients in this multivitamin are vitamins and minerals in standard dosages. These generally do not have a negative effect on epilepsy and are sometimes used specifically to address deficiencies (for example vitamin D, magnesium and B vitamins).
Point to note: DMAE
This formula contains DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) 10 mg.
This is a substance that can affect neurotransmitters in the brain. For people with epilepsy, it is sometimes advised to be cautious with substances that stimulate the nervous system.
The amount in this product is low, but because epilepsy is often treated with medication (such as valproate, levetiracetam, lamotrigine, etc.), it is sensible to consult a doctor or pharmacist first.

The exact size isn’t listed, but these capsules are generally easier to swallow than larger soft gels. Vegetables and fruit remain the most important foundation. Perhaps a smoothie could help, incorporating a piece of fruit and plenty of vegetables. Additionally, it's important to ensure he gets Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which are found in oily fish. If he doesn't eat enough fish, we recommend also giving the Super Fish Oil:

On 10 march 2020 by Customer serviceBoth your son and daughter can use this multivitamin. You can give your daughter 1 capsule, but in principle, 2 is not a problem. The health council has not established a safe upper limit for molybdenum. An amount of 65 mcg per day can be taken without issue.

Although inorganic mineral compounds are absorbed less quickly and efficiently, they form organic compounds in combination with stomach acid that can indeed be absorbed by our bodies.
