For the growing teenager, this is a very nice one. They don't always eat well, just like the advice that it could be a bit better. And that in a time when a lot is expected from them, school, sports, friends, friends, friends. Magnesium, calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of strong bones and normal muscle function.
Multi Vital Forte Teen Active delivers vitamins and minerals in a natural, biologically well-absorbable form. The vitamin B-complex is therefore supplemented with choline, PABA and inositol. Vitamin E is accompanied by natural mixed tocopherols. Finally, vitamin C is accompanied by a bioflavonoid complex.
Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid are in the active form. This form ensures good bioavailability. This means that these vitamins are well absorbed by the body. The organically bound minerals in this multi are also well absorbed.
The content of vitamin B6 is kept relatively low due to possible accumulation. For the same reason, the active P5P form of B6 is used. Vitamin A is in the form of natural beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A only as needed. This makes overdosing impossible.

Does their effectiveness decrease if you open them? I've bought these and the ones from Orthica, but my daughter can't swallow them. She's not used to swallowing vitamins straight away but rather chewing them. Are there any tips to help with this? Thank you.

Vegetables and fruit remain the most important foundation. Perhaps a smoothie could help, incorporating a piece of fruit and plenty of vegetables. Additionally, it's important to ensure he gets Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which are found in oily fish. If he doesn't eat enough fish, we recommend also giving the Super Fish Oil:

On 10 march 2020 by Customer serviceBoth your son and daughter can use this multivitamin. You can give your daughter 1 capsule, but in principle, 2 is not a problem. The health council has not established a safe upper limit for molybdenum. An amount of 65 mcg per day can be taken without issue.

Although inorganic mineral compounds are absorbed less quickly and efficiently, they form organic compounds in combination with stomach acid that can indeed be absorbed by our bodies. This has been repeatedly confirmed through blood tests. Furthermore, the intake of inorganic magnesium supplements also leads to an increased amount of magnesium in the blood and muscles.
