Used throughout the entire pregnancy. Delighted to have brought a healthy 5 kg child into the world. :-)
Provides the necessary support, especially important in the first few months. Very pleased!
Top product. Taken during pregnancy, leading to high [...] and good values. Also forgot to take it a few times and immediately felt less [...], and experienced issues with [...] etc. Really adds something! It's also great that there's no rubbish in it and it's vegan. Feels like a pure product.
Lovely product. No unpleasant taste. Easy to swallow.

I've found out today that I'm pregnant. I've been taking this Pregnancy Complex vitamin for 2 years now. Do I need to take extra folic acid as well?
On 17 april 2025 by Customer serviceCongratulations on your pregnancy! The Pregnancy Complex already contains the recommended amount of folic acid for pregnant women. Therefore, you don't need to take additional folic acid alongside this supplement.
Since my pregnancy, I have been taking Pregnancy multivitamins and I am very satisfied with them. Now that my baby is almost 8 months old, I have reduced breastfeeding to twice a day. I would like to continue taking something similar but with less folic acid. What do you recommend?

It is indeed a very comprehensive supplement for during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Now that you are reducing breastfeeding, it is understandable that you wish to switch to another supplement.

Two questions: - Is it intended that you take the 2 capsules at once, or can you spread them over the day (for example, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening)? - Is it recommended to take extra fish oil as well?

We always recommend taking extra omega 3 (EPA/DHA) if insufficient or no oily fish is consumed, especially if you are planning to conceive or are pregnant. DHA is important for the development of the brain and eye function of the foetus. During pregnancy, it is important to take at least 450 mg of DHA, so there is enough available for both mother and child.
