Good multivitamin. I feel like I'm not lacking in anything :)
Since I started taking this multi-vitamin, I have noticed a significant improvement in my [.....] (despite my sleep deprivation with 2 small children) and more [.....]. However, I have only experienced fluorescent yellow urine.

May I ask why the urine is so fluorescent yellow? And isn't there too much vitamin B in it, my sister asks?
On 06 january 2021 by Customer serviceThe fluorescent yellow colour is due to vitamin B2. If there's an excess, you simply excrete it. All B vitamins are present within the daily dosage deemed safe. Vitamin B6 is relatively higher dosed compared to other products, at 20 mg. The safe daily dosage of B6 from supplements is 21 mg.
I am very satisfied with these tablets. I also take 5000 IU of vitamin D per day and 1000 mcg of vitamin C. Now I only miss the selenium. Is there anything you can recommend that complements my vitamin intake?
