Hello. Is it normal that I have neon yellow urine after using this multivitamin? It continues throughout the day. I don't feel nauseous or have any other side effects. I only take the tablets once every 2-3 weeks.
On 22 august 2024 by Customer serviceIt is indeed possible for your urine to take on a bright, almost neon yellow colour after taking certain multivitamins. This is due to the presence of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) in the supplement, which has a bright yellow hue and can be excreted in your urine.
There is no need to worry, as it is a normal reaction of your body expelling excess vitamins it doesn't require. However, it is important to stay hydrated, as the colour of your urine can also be an indicator of your hydration levels.
Can these be taken together with Amino 75 supplements?
