I am always satisfied with their products
I don't really like it. I use it after exercising to help my muscles recover. But perhaps it's super healthy, because let's be honest, that's usually the case with products that don't taste very nice ;)
the best whey protein I have ever had, works quickly and is economical to use, I recommend it to everyone
Excellent, clean product. The flavour is good, not overpowering. I mix it with organic yoghurt, organic apple juice, and nuts in the blender, and it makes a really delicious shake.

Can this be used by individuals with lactose intolerance? Does it contain lactose and/or lactase or similar?
On 10 november 2019 by Customer serviceWhey protein always contains lactose. There are extensively filtered whey isolate powders, from which almost all lactose has been removed, but they cannot be called completely lactose-free.
If you have severe lactose intolerance, it is better to opt for a plant-based alternative made from, for example, rice protein, peas, hemp seeds or organic soy.
You mention lactase in your question, but that is actually an enzyme used by people with lactose intolerance to temporarily aid in the digestion of lactose. Those who are sensitive to the milk sugar lactose are not sensitive to the enzyme lactase, as lactase compensates temporarily for the intolerance.

Therefore, you can certainly use the product daily. That said, using it before breakfast is less essential, as you can also easily incorporate other sources of protein at that time (quark, eggs, etc.).
