Excellent! Very satisfied.
Good product but the dull colour makes my smoothies/shakes and smoothie bowls look less appealing. I've switched to the pea protein from this brand with vanilla flavour, which is just white and much nicer.
The taste is neutral and without any added 'rubbish'
I'm pleased to update my review from 2018 on a positive note: The taste seems to have improved, it no longer leaves a bitter aftertaste, and with its "crunchy bite" (grainy bits, though it dissolves well), it has now become my favourite protein. Perfect after a workout or blended into a smoothie.

I don't quite understand how there are 5 grams of sugars and 5 grams of carbohydrates, while above you state that the product contains no sugars and 26 grams of carbohydrates? I'm quite interested in this product but want to avoid sugars, so I'd like to know how this works first.

Is this safe for young children to use? My 3-year-old daughter would greatly benefit from the proteins, as her food allergies prevent her from eating many products, causing her to miss out on many nutrients.

You can adjust according to weight or age: an adult dosage is suitable from 12 years or for a person weighing 50 to 60 kilos. For a 3-year-old child, you can divide the amount by 4, resulting in 7.5 grams per serving.

Additionally, plant-based sources often have a less optimal amino acid profile compared to whey. They are generally also less easily digestible and therefore less suitable for immediate post-strength training consumption.
The Bio Hemp Protein Powder is an excellent nutritional supplement, as it contains valuable fatty acids in addition to protein, and it tastes quite good as well, but whey protein is preferred for various reasons immediately after strength training.
