Suffered greatly from [...], instead of my old, trusted evening primrose oil - which was out of stock - I was advised to use starflower oil. I haven't had such an excruciating problem with [...] in years, what a dramatic hell! No more starflower oil for me! At the moment, I am taking the following vitamins: - multivitamin from Vitaminstore (the most basic version) - vitamin C 1000 mg from Vitaminstore - super d3 super strong from Vitaminstore - fish oil omega 3 from Vitaminstore For my [.....] I would like to add the Super Starflower GLA. My question is: can I do this? Am I not taking too much or too little? Especially considering vitamin E. Since I am already taking quite a list of vitamins, I would prefer not to have to take vitamin E separately as well. If the vitamin E turns out to be too little, would it make a difference if I opt for the lower dosed GLA from Vitaminstore? Would the vitamin E in the multivitamin be sufficient? Thank you in advance!
On 11 september 2019 by Customer serviceThe mentioned combination of supplements is fine. They complement each other's effects excellently, and the total amount of vitamin E is not too high. The vitamin E, along with the other antioxidants in the multivitamin, is sufficient, even with the use of fish oil together with the Super Starflower Oil (or the Pure GLA).
