Does not have unpleasant side effects on the stomach like some other vitamin tablets. And it is good support for the immune system. I am an asthma patient and exercise regularly. Since using this product, I feel that exercising goes better, but especially that recovery is quicker.

Dear Sir/Madam, Are these capsules large? I always struggle with swallowing large capsules.

If this doesn't work, you might consider Ester-C® Plus Effervescent Drink (Solgar) or Ester-C 575 mg + bioflavonoids powder (Springfield). You dissolve these powders in water.
Hello, may I open these capsules? I'm not very good at swallowing large capsules. If so, can I mix them with yoghurt? Regards, Marianne

When you take 500 mg of Ester-C, it is roughly equivalent to taking 1000 mg of vitamin C.

Even 4 capsules per day is not a problem (thus a total of 2000 mg of vitamin C spread throughout the day), although the recommended dosage for daily use is 1 per day.
I read on the website of the association for critical vaccination that for every month a baby is old, you may give 100 grams of vitamin C per day. So at 10 months, that's 1000 mg per day. With ester C (better absorbed), it's half. However, your guidelines state a maximum of 400 mg per day for a three-year-old. What is the current situation?
On 07 april 2019 by Customer serviceThe mentioned 400 and 650 mg were sourced from the Orthokennis website, which cites the Natural Medicines Database as its reference. At these dosages, the likelihood of unwanted side effects (particularly diarrhoea) is relatively low.
However, if it is temporary, for instance, a few days before and after a vaccination, and the dose is spread throughout the day (for example, 5 times a day 200 mg), then it is perfectly fine to administer a slightly higher dose, provided the child does not experience diarrhoea. If loose stools occur, reduce the dose and/or spread it more evenly throughout the day.
