Ik heb een overgevoelige maag en kan veel fruitsoorten niet eten. Deze vit. C verdraag ik goed.
As my stomach doesn't handle fruit well, I use this acid-free vitamin and it works perfectly.

The right form of vitamin C that's easily absorbed, and I feel great. However, the pill is quite large.

Solgar Ester-C® Plus is a special vitamin C. This patented form is non-acidic, quickly active, and remains present in the body for a long time. With 'ordinary' vitamin C like l-ascorbic acid, the nutrient is first converted into active forms. With Ester-C, this is not necessary.

Whether I take the vitamin after breakfast, I feel nauseous. Now I take it after lunch. And even then, I feel sick. It goes away after about an hour.
On 24 february 2025 by Customer serviceHow unfortunate that you feel unwell after taking Ester C-plus. You might be sensitive to the excipients or fillers used. It's also possible to try a lower dosage of 500 mg and see how your body responds to it.
Dear all, Are you aware of which excipients are included? I have been avoiding Magnesium stearate for years, as this 'anti-caking agent' somewhat hinders the effect of the essential ingredients. Fortunately, more and more manufacturers are opting to use rice starch, which does exactly the same thing and is more body-friendly... Thanks in advance for your response, and happy holidays!

Hello, Is using Omnium together with Vit C and magnesium considered an 'overkill'? What do you recommend as a daily dosage?

The Omnium contains very little magnesium, only 32 mg, so it can be well complemented with magnesium. Ester C is also a good supplement, especially if you want to provide extra support to the immune system, Ester C is important.
