And I mean a 6-year-old child. He is now unknowingly going through the Brinta.
I always forgot to take my vitamins every day, but now they’re simply pre-mixed in the right proportions in the porridge or whey powder. Ideal!
As my husband struggles with swallowing (vitamin) tablets, this is a perfect solution for him. It's easy to use with the included scoop, and it lasts a long time as well. A true recommendation!
I use the powder for my little one who is almost 1, so I use a bit less on the advice of a naturopathic doctor. My partner uses it because he cannot/will not take pills. It can be easily mixed with, for example, a little juice.
Vitamin Powder has a neutral taste and blends easily with yoghurt or fruit juice. No colourings, fragrances, or flavourings have been added.
A measuring scoop is included in the package for accurate dosing.

How many scoops can you use for adults?

I have just reviewed all the ingredients. For all nutrients, it would not be dangerous to use, for example, four scoops per day.
On 16 january 2018 by Customer serviceI would like to suggest as a tip to mix the powder with a small amount of porridge, not a whole bowl full. If you mix it with a small amount (for example, two or three tablespoons), you can swallow it quickly (and possibly wash it down with a sip of water). It may not be very pleasant, but at least you won't have to eat a whole bowl of "vitamin porridge."
