Multi Vital Forte Active provides vitamins and minerals in a natural, biologically well-absorbable form. The vitamin B-complex is supplemented with choline, PABA, and inositol. Vitamin E is accompanied by natural mixed tocopherols. Finally, vitamin C is accompanied by a bioflavonoid complex.
Vitamins C, B6, B12, and folic acid are in their active forms. This form ensures good bioavailability, meaning these vitamins are well absorbed by the body. The organically bound minerals in this multi are also well absorbed.
The vitamin B6 content is kept relatively low due to potential accumulation. For the same reason, the active P5P form of B6 is used. Vitamin A is in the form of natural beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A as needed, preventing overdose.
The formula is completed by spirulina and chlorella.

I read that the capsules and tablets are the same in terms of ingredients. So when should you choose capsules and when a tablet? Is it true that capsules are absorbed better by the body?

In practice, this means that if you take a daily dose of this multivitamin, it’s either 1 tablet OR 2 capsules. Many people can’t swallow large tablets and find capsules easier. In addition, capsules can be made with slightly fewer excipients than a tablet. That can also be a reason to choose capsules. As for absorption, it makes no difference—both ways of taking them provide excellent absorption. The absorbability of vitamins and minerals depends on the different forms used and their associated bioavailability.
Why is there 16 mg of B2 per day in this multi, when the recommended amount is 1.4 mg?

Bonusan formulates its supplements orthomolecularly, which means they aim for dosages that enable the body to function optimally, not just to prevent disease. The standard RDA of 1.4 mg merely prevents deficiencies, but 16 mg supports optimal energy production, helps activate other B vitamins, and promotes the recovery of antioxidants. Vitamin B2 is water-soluble, so any excess is safely excreted — evident as bright yellow urine.
Why do you need to take 2 capsules per day and only 1 tablet? Both are the same variant of Bonusan multi. Thank you.
