My body doesn't produce B12 well, and amidst various stressful situations, I received a recommendation for this vitamin from support services. After taking it for two weeks, I can clearly notice a difference in my energy levels. It's definitely worth repeating for me.
Due to adrenal cortex insufficiency, I need to undergo as little stress as possible. After reading some articles, it appears that vitamin B is extremely important for the adrenal glands. So I bought this dosage and it really helps! Within a week, I felt a difference. I am calmer, more relaxed, and I sleep better! Highly recommend.

If you were to take a separate vitamin B1 capsule, the dosage would depend on the specific product formula. Therefore, it's always important to check this on the product's packaging.

On 21 march 2016 by Customer serviceI have added a new image to the product page showing the tablets. They are somewhat flatter and shorter (approximately 1 cm) than standard multivitamins. Therefore, they are relatively easy to swallow.
Always opt for tablets that have a total weight of around 500 mg (this is usually evident from the composition). For vitamin C, for example, there is Orthica's Ester-C 500. Multivitamins, calcium, and magnesium tablets are often 1000 mg or heavier, so they are quite large pills.
