Nice stuff. Only the urine turns bright yellow.
Because the B vitamins are dosed too high for me, I no longer use these. Otherwise, I find it okay, especially the 1000 IU vitamin D.
Good multivitamin and fast and efficient delivery.
Despite the rather high price, I am very pleased with this product. It's just a pity that it doesn't seem to contain any magnesium.
We both exercise a lot and have busy lives. This multi supports us very well in this. It provides plenty of energy and is well absorbed. A winner!
The Multi Max can be used as a supplement to regular nutrition to fill any deficiencies, as a basic supplement when there is an increased need for vitamins and minerals, and as a foundation for more extensive nutritional therapy.

Hi, I took a tablet this evening but hadn't eaten much. Since then, I've had to go to the loo frequently. What could be causing this?
On 29 january 2021 by Customer serviceUnfortunately, it's difficult to say. Magnesium or vitamin C in high doses can affect the bowels for some people. However, this product doesn't contain magnesium and the vitamin C is in a low dose. It's possible that one of the other ingredients triggered something, or it could simply be a coincidence if you don't usually experience this issue.

However, the downside is that the tablet has to wait longer in the stomach until the food mixture can pass through the pyloric valve into the small intestine. If you take the tablet with a light snack, such as a single cracker with some butter, the waiting time is shorter, thus reducing the chance of unwanted burping.
A possible alternative to try is the Mega Multi, which is also a powerful one-a-day multi, but I cannot say whether it has less odour than the Multi Max.
