A friend of mine recommended this product to me. I always took 2 magnesium supplements before going to sleep, but this one has an extra herb that provides additional support. I'm quite pleased with it. I do have the feeling that it works :).

Why exactly is it that this should not be used when planning a pregnancy? I have been prescribed this product, but I am also planning a pregnancy. I don't want to take something that might not be good for that, even though she said it wouldn't do any harm... (obviously, stop upon pregnancy)
On 24 november 2021 by Customer serviceThis product should not be used during pregnancy because it contains Ashwagandha. There is insufficient research on the safety of this herb during pregnancy. You can use the standard magnesium citrate from Orthica as an alternative.

Ashwagandha can be taken without concern during the first few days of an unrecognised pregnancy. Just make sure to stop as soon as you know you are pregnant.
You can continue to use Magnesium throughout the entire pregnancy, preferably in combination with a pregnancy multivitamin.
