I've been taking this for years with satisfaction. I've just noticed that the ingredients have changed. Suddenly there's vitamin B6 added. I'm taking it less now.

It's a shame but I was very satisfied, the packaging has changed and it doesn't state on the front that B6 has been added. This is new and I can no longer use it because otherwise I get too much B6. I will not buy this anymore.

Take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach (at least half an hour before, or two hours after a meal). Swallow with plenty of water and do not chew. If needed, take 4 to 6 capsules per day, preferably spread throughout the day.

I used to use Vitakruid's magnesium taurate + p5p. What is the difference between your own brand and Vitakruid's?

I've been using this product for years, but now I have to look for something else. I already take a multivitamin and don't want to consume even more vitamin B6. This "innovation" is very disappointing. Could you make a version without B6?

This ensures that the magnesium is better absorbed and utilised by the body.
We appreciate your feedback and will consider it in our future product development. At present, we do not offer a version of Magnesium Taurate without vitamin B6, but we do have other magnesium supplements that do not contain vitamin B6, such as our Vitaminstore Super Magnesium.

May I open 2 capsules and put them in water? I find it quite a hassle to take a capsule twice a day.
