It’s even tastier than a sweet
They taste good, feel grainy. No idea if they actually do anything, I haven't noticed but I would like to believe so. They are easy to take. Very chewy, not soft - I wouldn't really call them gummies.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The recommended dosage for adults is 1 gummy per day, unless otherwise advised.

From what age can this be used? I have an actively sporting son who is almost 17 years old and another who is nearly 15 years old. I would like to have these at home for them, is that possible?

A more potent alternative is, for example, the Super Magnesium or the Magnesium Chewable Tablets. These supplements are suitable for children from 12 years old.
