Dear, Unfortunately, I am unable to swallow large pills and thought I had found the solution in chewable tablets. However, I find it difficult to take due to the taste and texture. Can the tablets also be crushed and taken with water/ mixed into yoghurt or something similar?

You can crush the Magnesium Chewable Tablets from Vitaminstore and mix them with water, yoghurt, or a similar product if you find it difficult to chew the tablets. Although it is best to take Magnesium on an empty stomach for better absorption, there is no issue with opening the tablet. My 11-year-old son has ADHD. I currently use the multi-vitamin for teenagers, but I know that people with ADHD often have a magnesium deficiency. Is this suitable for that? Thank you in advance!
