These vitamins seem to be working; my hair hardly falls out anymore and a nice bonus is that my nails have also become stronger. I have very sensitive skin, but my skin remains perfectly fine with the use of Hairkare.
I have been using the tablets for 2 weeks now. I can't yet say that I notice a difference regarding hair loss/hair breakage. However, my hair does seem to look healthier and feels stronger and less dry. I am hopeful that with longer use it will have a positive effect!
Hair Care has helped me significantly after I experienced severe hair loss. This was due to hair loss being a side effect of the anti-epileptic medication I was taking. After 2 to 3 months, the extreme hair loss stopped. I have been taking it for nearly a year now, and my hair is starting to become a full mane again. When I started, you could see my scalp! Prescribed by an acupuncturist. I was advised not to take any other vitamin B supplements, as Hair Care contains many types of vitamin B. I take vitamin C from Orthica alongside it. A good combination for me.
I have only been using hair care for a short time, but I feel like it is already helping a bit, so I will continue and time will tell. I've noticed slightly less hair loss after 2 weeks of taking it, also in combination with Vitamin B on the advice of my GP...

Can you chew these tablets? I can't swallow tablets.
On 15 august 2023 by Customer serviceWe don't recommend chewing due to the taste. However, you can break/cut the tablets in half or crush them into a powder using a tablet crusher or pestle and mortar, and then mix with water, juice, yoghurt, or a smoothie if you prefer.
Dear Sir/Madam, Is it possible to combine the Orthica hair, skin, and nail supplements with the Multi 4 All? Or would this be unnecessary? Dear Sir/Madam, I use Multivitamin Multi 50+. Can I use this alongside Hair, Skin & Nail Care from Orthica? This is due to concerns about excessive vitamin B intake.

Indeed, the combination of these two products is somewhat redundant. Orthica's Hair, Skin & Nails Care is essentially a limited multivitamin, intended for those who do not wish to use a full multivitamin.
For those already taking a good multivitamin, Orthica's Hair formula offers no added value, unless blood tests have shown a deficiency in iron (an iron deficiency can lead to hair loss). In such cases, it would be better to use a separate iron supplement, at a higher dose than 18 mg.
There are better formulas to use alongside a 50+ multivitamin, such as Solgar's Skin, Nails and Hair Formula. This provides an important nutrient not found in multivitamins, namely sulphur in the form of MSM.
