On the advice of an orthomolecular doctor, I take Vitamin D3 together with Vitamin K2 because the two support each other. These capsules with magnesium also contain Vitamin D. So these capsules would not be suitable for me. Are there any magnesium capsules or tablets without Vit. D3? And which type can be used for Polymyalgia Rheumatica?

125 mg magnesium citrate
2.5 mcg cholecalciferol (plant-based: from mosses).
Vegetable capsule: pullulan
Can I take this magnesium supplement in combination with Möller’s fish oil, which also contains vitamin D? Or would it be better for me to choose a 'regular' magnesium supplement? What exactly is the difference between this one from Organics and the one from Solgar, apart from the fact that the Solgar one does not have added vitamin D?

The Magnesium Citrate from Essentials Organics contains no excipients, whereas the one from Solgar does. However, Solgar is higher dosed and contains 200 mg of magnesium per capsule compared to 125 mg per capsule from Essentials Organics.
