After years of taking various brands in tablet form, I have now purchased this powder. I take it in the evening (previously I always took tablets in the morning) and after a week, I can really notice a difference in my energy levels and overall fitness!!! For me, this is a top product. And it's a brand that does not test on animals!!!
So far, I've slept through every night, which is quite a change from my previous experience!

What does the Magnesium Citrate Powder taste like?

Some people describe it as slightly bitter or salty, but this can vary. The powder dissolves well in water and can be easily mixed with other drinks to enhance the flavour, such as a smoothie or juice.

On 25 november 2018 by Customer serviceMagnesium citrate is a mineral compound consisting of elemental magnesium and citric acid. The weight of the compound is (much) heavier than just the magnesium alone. The powder primarily consists of the carrier citric acid and only a small part of elemental magnesium. For this reason, the well-known large magnesium citrate pills typically provide only 200 mg of magnesium per tablet, while the tablet as a whole weighs more than a gram.
2500 mg (2.5 grams) of magnesium citrate powder provides 375 mg of magnesium.
