Take 1 to 2 scoops (approximately 2 to 4 grams) daily during or shortly after meals with fruit juice.
Initially, take 10 scoops (approximately 20 grams) daily for five days, divided throughout the day. Then take 4 scoops (approximately 8 grams) daily for five days, followed by 1 to 2 scoops (approximately 2 to 4 grams) daily. Increase dosage if necessary.
