BCAA powder consists of three essential branched-chain amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. It is a popular supplement among athletes.

The abbreviation BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids. The three BCAAs are a structural component of muscle tissue. They make up about 30% of this protein. The ratio of BCAAs in this product corresponds to the ratio in muscles.

After heavy exertion or before bedtime, take one level scoop (or as needed) with fruit juice. Increase dosage if necessary. Do not take this product with protein-containing foods. A measuring scoop is included.

The branched-chain amino acids are easily absorbed and compete with amino acids during absorption. Therefore, BCAA powder should be taken at least half an hour before a meal.
