Read 'The Magnesium Miracle' by Dr Carolyn Dean to discover what magnesium can do for everyone. Taking pills didn't work for me - it caused diarrhoea, which occurs in many people with a severe deficiency - so thanks to Ms Dean, I learned that your skin provides the fastest way to absorb it. The advantage of this method is that your skin never absorbs more than it can handle. Now you can stand in the sea every day, or take a foot bath with Zechsal magnesium crystals, or apply this oil to your skin. I personally make one bottle last a long time because I alternate it with a foot bath. All in all, this oil is a fantastic purchase and the best way to absorb magnesium.

Apply the oil to the skin, for instance around the stomach or under the arms. The oil may cause a tingling sensation.
Note: if the oil comes into direct contact with your clothing or bedding, it may cause staining. Always let it absorb before getting into bed or putting on clothes. If using before bedtime, it’s best to wear an old shirt or use socks if applied to your feet.

Another question, following on from my previous one, is whether this product can also be applied to the skin without spraying? So, if I pour a little from the bottle onto my hand and then rub it in, or must it be applied via a spray? Kind regards, Anthony
On 16 january 2019 by Customer serviceThe spray is solely intended to make dosing a bit easier. Even after spraying, it will still be necessary to rub the liquid in.
It is perfectly fine to take magnesium oil directly from the bottle, without using the spray. You needn't worry about overdosing because 1) magnesium is not absorbed into the bloodstream through the skin (at least, there is no evidence for that), and 2) the dose per spray is very low.
Hello, Is this product oxygen sensitive, or does the magnesium 'evaporate' when exposed to oxygen? Kind regards, Anthony
On 16 january 2019 by Customer serviceNo, the magnesium itself will not evaporate, only the moisture in the liquid.
Just as salt in seawater does not evaporate, so too does magnesium not evaporate. The magnesium chloride dissolved in water will also not oxidise directly.
