A 100 ml bottle provides approximately 800 sprays. With normal use, this is sufficient for about 40 days.

Fine spray, stings a bit on the skin, but nothing serious. No idea if it actually works.
Great product, I apply it to the soles of my feet before going to bed.
When I apply this magnesium oil in the evening and then go to bed, I have{***}. Sleep wonderfully!!!
Nice magnesium oil. Odourless. I have yet to experience the effects. I am going to use it on the advice of the physio.
I find this spray works really well on {***} muscles - I spray it on my shoulders and feel that the magnesium helps in maintaining flexible muscles. Ingredients
31% magnesium chloride, aqua.
Zechsal is produced according to EU cosmetic guidelines. The products are 100% natural and cruelty-free.
For local use:
Press the sprayer 3 to 5 times and apply to the skin. Then lightly spread and massage in. Allow it to work for 5 to 10 minutes. It can be rinsed off afterwards, but this is not necessary.
Some people may notice a white residue after the magnesium is absorbed. This is harmless and can be easily removed. A slight tingling and a warm sensation are normal.
Note: if the oil comes into direct contact with your clothing or bed linens, it may cause stains. Always allow it to absorb before getting dressed or going to bed. When using it before bedtime, it's best to wear an old shirt or use socks if applied to your feet.
For optimal effect, daily use is recommended.
The Magnesium Oil is also available as a Sports Spray in a handy travel-size package. This spray is ideal for immediate use right before or after a (sporting) activity.

One spray delivers 10 mg of magnesium. Therefore, spraying three to five times provides 30 to 50 mg of magnesium. This dosage is suitable for all ages.
