Vitamin preparation.
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Swallow the capsule whole with sufficient water.
Super Biotin can be used without concern alongside the Skin Hair Nail and/or a multivitamin. The total amounts of biotin remain well within safe limits.

I have been taking Biotin since 1st February and I can clearly see a difference with my hair! It is growing normally and I feel good overall. But can you continue taking it or should you stop after a certain period?

Multivitamins typically provide about 50 to 300 mcg of biotin per daily dose. As a maintenance dosage, this is usually more than sufficient. Although you may continue to use the Super Biotin 5000 mcg for an extended period, it is generally preferable in the long term to opt for a good multivitamin, so you not only receive an extra dose of biotin daily but also all the other vitamins and minerals that are involved in hair growth (and your health in general).
An example of a once-daily formula that provides 50 mcg of biotin is the Mega Multi, and a three-times-daily formula that provides 300 mcg of biotin is the Female Multiple.
