I've been taking the skin, hair, and nails supplement from your own brand for almost a month now and I'm extremely satisfied, but I now want to know which of the two is best for hair. The skin, hair, and nails or biotin? Can you take both or not? And can you also take it in combination with Roaccutane?

Could it be that I'm experiencing stomach pain from the biotin capsules? Could this be caused by the biotin itself or the capsules (their packaging)? How can I prevent this? I've stopped taking them for now.

Biotin is a very safe nutrient, even in very high dosages, but sometimes a high dose of biotin can cause (harmless) gastrointestinal issues. It's good that you've stopped. We advise you not to use the Super Biotin 5000mcg anymore, but to switch to the Biotin 1000mcg. You can gradually increase the dosage to achieve the desired result.
