I like the taste. It’s hard to judge whether it really works.
I personally prefer to drink this mixed with warm water. The flavour is excellent and there's no fishy aftertaste.
I haven't been using it for very long, so I don't really notice a difference yet, but the taste is surprisingly pleasant! I always thought fish collagen would taste really awful, but it really doesn't. I do take extra buffered vitamin C with it.
I'm happy with the purchase, the taste is very strong I need to dilute it with more water.
I've been using it for a while now, though it's a bit tricky having to remember to use it twice a day to get the best results.

I don't see an amino acid profile here. Are all amino acids included? And if so, what are the differences compared to 'regular' protein powders?

It mainly contains glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline (typical for skin and connective tissue), but lacks tryptophan among others. Can I take the collagen powder daily, for instance by mixing it into yoghurt instead of water?
