Simple and effective. I regularly take these as a course.
The predecessor of this Vitaminstore own brand was red (due to iron oxide?). It also had quite a strong taste. I find this variant much more pleasant to take
large tablets but easy to swallow.
You can smell a bit of sulphur, which indicates that it is NAC Cysteine. Whether it does anything for my health, I'll leave in the middle.
I take these vitamins to support my hormonal balance and I am very satisfied with them.
NAC 600 mg contains pure N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), a modified form of the amino acid L-cysteine.
L-cysteine is a semi-essential amino acid, which—like other essential amino acids—is produced by the body, but only in limited amounts. When there’s a shortage of building blocks, cysteine becomes an essential amino acid that must be obtained through diet or supplementation.

Amino acid preparation.
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with water, spread throughout the day. Do this at least half an hour before, or two hours after, a meal. Do not take with protein-containing foods.
