Vitamin B2 can cause a (completely harmless) yellow discolouration of urine.

Dosages higher than 15 micrograms are not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

There are indications, but no human studies that demonstrate a negative effect of glucosamine on blood sugar levels.

There are indications of a possible interaction with coumarin derivatives.

A high intake of iron by young children can be toxic. If multiple capsules are swallowed, contact a doctor immediately.

Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called 'flush' (sometimes intense, but harmless), which is a sudden rush of blood to the head and limbs, accompanied by a warm, burning, and/or tingling sensation. This reaction is temporary.

Prolonged daily use of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in the limbs.
