Na veel geprobeerd te hebben eindelijk iets wat helpt. De erge vermoeidheid is er niet meer, voel mij op de dag veel beter. Al heel veel geprobeerd maar hier heb ik een fijn gevoel bij.

Can I dissolve this tablet in water and then drink it?

If you find it difficult to swallow tablets, you might also consider trying another form of magnesium, such as a powder. This can easily be mixed with water or juice.
I'm already taking Magnesium Bisglycinate, 2 tablets at night. Should I combine that with this? Should I reduce the dosage for Magnesium Bisglycinate? Also, what's the best time to take this? I'm also taking mega multi.

However, combining it with Magnesium Bisglycinate depends on your personal needs and health status. We generally recommend sticking to one form of magnesium, but if your healthcare provider suggests otherwise, it's okay to combine them.
Regarding when to take this supplement, it's usually best to take magnesium supplements in the evening, as they can promote relaxation and support quality sleep. However, if you're also taking a mega multi, it might be a good idea to space them out throughout the day to maximise absorption.
