Ingredients:
Maca (Lepidium Meyenii), capsule ((hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), colouring (yellow iron oxide)), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), stabiliser (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals. If desired, increase intake to 1 capsule three times daily. Take with
sufficient water and swallow the capsule whole.

Is Maca also suitable for men?

Citalopram is an antidepressant, and when using this medication, it is advisable to be cautious with dietary supplements that may affect your mood or energy levels, such as Maca.
Regarding the oestrogen patch, there is not enough known about the interaction between maca and oestrogen to make a definitive statement.
Therefore, it is always a good idea to discuss such questions with your GP or a therapist. They can best advise you based on your medical history and the specific medications you are using.
