This has been my favourite method of intake and dosage for years, using a pipette. You can easily add the drops to various types of food and drinks.

The dropper makes it easy to use and dose. During the winter months, I take a higher dosage than in the summer months.
The D3 & K2 Drops from Vitaminstore contain 25 mcg of vitamin D3 and 45 mcg of vitamin K2 per daily dose. These ingredients work well together in the body (they have a synergistic effect). Vitamin D ensures that calcium is properly absorbed from food, and vitamin K, in turn, contributes to the absorption of calcium in the bones. Thus, Vitamin D and K both play a role in bone formation and the maintenance of strong bones. Vitamin D and K are fat-soluble vitamins. Therefore, in this product, they are dissolved in olive oil, which enhances the absorption of these vitamins in the body.

Store the supplement at room temperature (15-25 degrees Celsius), away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
