Griffonia extract helps me to be more relaxed and I generally feel calmer throughout the day. I also notice that I fall asleep more easily. I've been using it for a while now and I'm really pleased with the result. It's a pleasant and natural way to find more balance in my busy life.

Is it permissible to use this in combination with your ashwagandha? And if so, how should it be dosed?

However, everyone responds differently to supplements, so it’s always a good idea to start with the recommended dosage on the label and see how you feel.
Our Griffonia Extract (75 mg 5-HTP) recommends a daily dosage of one capsule. For Ashwagandha, also follow the recommended dosage on the product you have.
I use a quarter of a sleeping pill at night. What is the effect if you also take this substance?

When will the large pack (120 instead of 60 capsules) be available again? I'm waiting for it because I find the price difference (£4.95) too significant to order 2 x 60.
