Vitamin D3 and K2 is a great combination for me and works excellently!
Vitakruid's Vitamin D with K2 is an effective supplement that I'm currently using. It helps to keep my vitamin D levels balanced, especially during the winter months. The combination with vitamin K2 ensures good absorption of vitamin D. The only downside is the small size of the packaging, which means I have to reorder it more frequently. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the product, and it is easy to take.
I appreciate the packaging; it's easy to get the right dosage. It doesn't have any strong taste, which is fantastic. I now use it every day.

Where does the vitamin K2 come from, or is it synthetic? Due to an allergy, it must not be, for example, soy/natto.
On 12 february 2026 by Customer serviceThe product contains no soy. The K2 is obtained via natto fermentation and then purified.
So although the origin is natto (soy), it no longer contains any traces or protein residues that could trigger a reaction.
How many drops are there in 10 ml/how many daily doses?
On 02 may 2023 by Customer serviceA 10ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops. So, if you take 1 drop per day, it will last you a little more than half a year, and if you take 2 drops per day, it will last over 3 months.
Where does this Vitamin D come from? Is this product vegan?

On 13 july 2018 by Customer serviceEU legislation changes regularly. It is quite possible that the product text of the other item in this respect is outdated. Such warnings can mean, on one hand, that the amount of vitamins is too high, but also that it is too low.
In this case, the recommended daily dosage of 2 drops provides a too high amount of vitamin D, namely 62.5 mcg. The safe upper limit for children under 1 year is 25 mcg, and for children up to 10 years, it is 50 mcg.
A child of, for example, 8 years could therefore safely take 1 drop per day (31 mcg of vitamin D and 22.5 mcg of vitamin K).
