It's easy to determine the recommended dosage of 2 drops for your children using the pipette and administer it with a spoon. Adults can maintain a dosage of 5 drops, provided their Vitamin D3 levels are sufficient. In fact, Vitamin D is not a vitamin but a hormone that our body can produce itself. Our skin captures the sun's rays and then produces Vitamin D, hence the fitting nickname; the sunshine vitamin.
