Thanks to the dosing convenience, this Vitamin D3 product is suitable for the entire family. It's easy to determine the recommended dosage of 2 drops for your children using the pipette and administer it with a spoon. Adults can maintain a dosage of 5 drops, provided their Vitamin D3 levels are sufficient. Inadequate Vitamin D3 levels are common among the elderly, people who spend little time outdoors, or those with darker skin. This group benefits from a Vitamin D3 intake of 10 drops or even more.

In fact, Vitamin D is not a vitamin but a hormone that our body can produce itself. Our skin captures the sun's rays and then produces Vitamin D, hence the fitting nickname; the sunshine vitamin.
