Usage:
Take one to three scoops per day. To maximise the benefits, it is best to take Psyllium & Glucomannan half an hour before meals. Note that the powder quickly thickens when mixed with water (so stir and drink quickly!), and to further enhance the feeling of fullness, it is advisable to drink a glass of water afterwards.
