Postpartum nutrition
To be that super mum, you need to get enough energy from your diet. So, make sure you eat enough! Are you breastfeeding? Then you're burning extra calories. Try to maintain a healthy and balanced diet to get all the necessary nutrients. And don't forget to drink plenty of water. Some nutrients deserve extra attention:
