Tired and bloated

I use Vitakruid Mama Day and Night in combination. I notice that I sleep very deeply (which is quite pleasant), but in the morning I struggle to wake up properly and remain tired throughout the day. I also feel that it makes me more bloated. Not a recommendation from me.

Poorer night's sleep

Unfortunately, I notice that I sleep worse when I take the multi night supplement. I suspect this is due to the iodine it contains. I'm sensitive to it, but iodine is actually energy-enhancing for many people because it releases more thyroid hormone. This doesn't seem ideal before going to bed. Otherwise, it's a fine product; I had no issues with the size or taste.

Vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.

At night, the body has a greater need for fat-soluble vitamins. The Multi Night Mama provides extra vitamin D3 with a dosage of 25 mcg and vitamin E in the easily absorbable form of D-alpha-tocopherol acetate 30 mg. Vitamin F, K2, and Ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C). This fat-soluble vitamin C is important for the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.

There are often warnings about the dangers of too much vitamin A for pregnant women, while the need for it is indeed higher during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In the composition of the Multi Night Mama, a safe yet significant dosage of vitamin A in the form of retinol acetate and 6 mg of natural beta-carotene has been chosen. This will never lead to too high a vitamin A level.

The fat-soluble vitamins are vitamins we need as antioxidants to protect the cells against damage from free radicals, which we are exposed to partly due to the pressures of the current living environment.

Vitamin D, iron, magnesium, calcium, and zinc have a beneficial effect on the cell division process and contribute to the process of cell renewal. Calcium plays a role in the process of cell differentiation. Zinc is needed for the construction of proteins and renewal of tissue. To ensure the optimal development of the child, there is an extra need for iodine, but especially minerals such as iron, boron, magnesium, calcium, molybdenum, potassium, selenium, and zinc. The Multi Night Mama meets this additional need.
