I use Vitakruid Mama Day and Night in combination. I notice that I sleep very deeply (which is quite pleasant), but in the morning I struggle to wake up properly and remain tired throughout the day. I also feel that it makes me more bloated. Not a recommendation from me.
Unfortunately, I notice that I sleep worse when I take the multi night supplement. I suspect this is due to the iodine it contains. I'm sensitive to it, but iodine is actually energy-enhancing for many people because it releases more thyroid hormone. This doesn't seem ideal before going to bed. Otherwise, it's a fine product; I had no issues with the size or taste.
