I am very satisfied with the excellent service
I have been using this multivitamin for a number of years and as a result, I really get sick or catch a cold less often. I also feel more energetic than before. So, this is apparently a good supplement alongside generally healthy eating. It's a pity that the pills are quite large.
Tailored to the user of the supplement, very fine. Does what it promises.

What is the best time to take the pills? The day variant seems suitable to take with breakfast. But should the night variant be taken right before bedtime? Or should it be with dinner? Or perhaps around 8.00 pm (after dinner and before bed)?

Dear, I take 1 tablet of Vitakruid multivitamin for women for the day and 1 tablet for the night every day. I notice that there is actually a full dose of many vitamins in there. Currently, based on previous advice, I also take 1 daily dose of vitamin D3 (25ug), 1 daily dose of vitamin C ester, 1 daily dose of fish oil, and iron bisglycinate every other day. But isn't that unnecessarily a lot? Last time, I had an Hb of 8.4 but an MCV of 78, a vitamin D level of 61, and B12 of 450. I know that my absorption is somewhat less favourable due to stomach acid medication (omeprazole), but I feel like I'm taking a lot of vitamins now. If necessary, fine. But it's a shame to flush so much out ☺️. Would you like to think along with me?

Regarding your question about the additional vitamin D3, vitamin C, fish oil, and iron bisglycinate, it can sometimes be necessary to take extra of certain nutrients, depending on your personal needs and circumstances. For example, vitamin D is especially important for people who do not get much sunlight, and fish oil can be beneficial for those who do not eat much fish.
Omeprazole can indeed affect the absorption of certain nutrients, so it may be necessary to take extra of some nutrients to compensate for this. It is very personal!
