As an expectant mother, I find this multi-day mama an essential addition to my daily routine. It's easy to take and doesn't cause any stomach upset. An absolute must-have for pregnant women.
The Day Formula contains, among other things, Quatrefolic®, 600 mcg, a superior form of folic acid. This body-friendly and active form of folic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) is bound to (plant-based) glucosamine salt. This is the absolute top and the most stable form of 5-MTHF, the active form of folic acid, with the highest possible bioavailability. The Multi Day Mum also contains extra choline, a must-have when you're pregnant. Choline is present in all tissues as an essential component of phospholipids. Choline is important for the proper development of the foetus. The Multi Day Mum also contains active forms of the various B vitamins. The B12 even contains 2 types of the active form, both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. For the increased need for iron, we have chosen the well-absorbable and stomach-friendly iron bisglycinate with a dosage of 25 mg and an additional 15 mg in the Multi Night Mum. Extra biotin is added on the advice of the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).
Extra magnesium is included in both the Multi Day Mum and the Multi Night Mum in the beautiful compounds bisglycinate and citrate. The other extra minerals that are good for pregnant women can be found in the Multi Night Mum. In addition to the extra needs for pregnant women and breastfeeding women, the composition of the Multi Day Mum also considers the biorhythm. The vitamins, minerals, and other substances the body needs during the day are fundamentally different from the nutrient needs for the night.
