L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl Glucosamine, L-Methionine
Take 1 to 3 times daily 1 scoop of L-Glutamine Complex per day. Dissolve in water or another cold drink. Preferably half an hour before a meal or 2 hours afterwards, unless otherwise prescribed. A measuring scoop contains 2300 mg of L-Glutamine Complex and is included.

Can this be taken while breastfeeding?
On 23 february 2019 by Customer serviceYes, L-glutamine, L-methionine, and glucosamine are natural nutrients. The mammary glands can therefore determine how much of these they process into the milk, and it will never be more than what is desirable for the child.
Although we advise against the use of such special products during pregnancy as a precaution, they can be used safely during the breastfeeding period.
