Hello, can this be taken together with Metarelax (magnesium B12)?

Hello, both the regular and the so-called high dosage/maxi potency have the same amounts? I think there may be an error in the amount of root powder, as the higher dosage states more /3 percent rosavins? The organic version does not mention this at all, is it therefore much less strong/effective? The organic version also does not contain an extract, is that why it is less potent or can it be just as effective as the non-organic? And does Viridian, like Solgar, have a guarantee that one can return it/get a refund if I cannot tolerate it?

Rhodiola may cause a feeling of agitation in some people, especially at higher dosages (2 or 3 capsules per day). If you are sensitive to stimulating herbs, it is advisable not to use a high dosage of rhodiola.
The satisfaction guarantee is only mentioned on Solgar's own website, not on the British or Dutch site of Viridian.
The Organic variant simply contains the dried herb in a capsule. The amounts of rosavin and salidroside are therefore unknown and may vary slightly per packaging.
The Maxi Potency variant delivers at least 7.5 mg of rosavin and 2.5 mg of salidroside per capsule. Additionally, it contains 130 mg of dried herb, which, like the Organic variant, contains an unknown amount of rosavin and salidroside.
The strength of the two products cannot be compared, but it is likely that the Maxi Potency variant is more potent, as it contains a standardised extract.
